Consultation preparations

Before embarking on a Consultation with you, I always find it helpful to have some discussion with you, usually on the telephone, to determine what sort of consultation you are requiring. It may be one, or a combination of the following:

  • A consultation that focuses purely on your home environment
  • A business consultation that focuses on your business premises
  • A home consultation where you are also working from home so business and home issues need to be considered or
  • You may wish a home and separate business consultation

Stages of a Crystal Clear Consultation

  1. Whether it be a consultation for your home and/or business, we will have early discussions over the telephone and possibly via email too, if this latter option is suitable for you. From these discussions, if you are willing to progress then
  2. I will send out easy to complete forms which you will then return to me on your completion of them. The more detail that you are able to offer, the more helpful this is for me and if there are several people living or working within the building, it may be appropriate for them to complete forms also. I will also enclose instructions about how to complete the floor plans of your home/business which can either be your own drawings/measurements or copies of architects floor layout plans reduced to A4 per each floor of the building. The need for accuracy is very important with these floor plans as accurate plans mean precise advice and suggestions from me. This will become clear on the day of the Consultation.
  3. Once these forms and plans are returned to me, we will have further discussion about what is required for your consultation so I can then cost it and payment will be made in advance of my visit.
  4. A date will then be set for me to visit so the consultation can be completed.

Consultation day

On arrival, I will spend some time discussing and clarifying with you what your hopes and aspirations are, and answering any questions that you may have. It is then helpful if I can be shown around your property both inside and out. If I am to be treating Geopathic Stress, I will request that any pets and children are not present whilst this work is undertaken but again this will all be clarified in advance of my visit.

Although I will need to work on my own for parts of the Consultation, to allow me to concentrate and focus exclusively on your home or business, there will be time to ask questions and discuss the issues that you want to raise. Ultimately, I hope that your consultation is a rewarding, enjoyable and fruitful experience for you as you are investing in yourself. I also endeavour to ensure that suggestions are inexpensive and attainable albeit you may wish to consider redecoration or refurbishment. I am able to work with an interior designer to help you in this process, if this would be helpful for you. In terms of recommendations, I endeavour to keep these within your budget!

Depending on the size of your property and the sort of Consultation that you are having, I may be at your home for up to 6-7 hours completing my assessment and formulating my suggestions and recommendations. I usually will leave you with a detailed report, which I will have gone through with you, on the day, so that you are clear about my findings and my suggestions. Occasionally however, my report will follow several days after the Consultation albeit I will discuss some of my findings with you before my departure and will let you know if this scenario will be applicable to yourself. If I am completing both a home and a business consultation these are likely to be spread over 2 days, and if the premises are very large, it may be several days of work but again we will discuss and plan for this.

Follow up

It is really important to me that you are clear about what I am suggesting and recommending to you and I understand that making changes, especially if there are clutter clearing issues to be tackled first, may take time. This is why I will offer you 6 months of telephone and email support to you following your consultations, as you implement changes at your own pace. You may also wish me to revisit your property after changes have been made so that you are reassured about what you have done and again we can discuss whether this is required or not.
