Having always loved receiving and writing letters, this has progressed into me making and designing my own cards for different events and also embossing my own writing paper. Although we are in a world of emails, isn't there something nice about still getting personal post where you know that someone has taken the time and trouble to make contact with you?

Since beginning my Feng Shui studies, I have become increasingly struck at the symbolism and art work on cards, particularly for weddings, anniversaries and new homes. As I often could not find what I was looking for, I have since begun making my own cards which take account of Bagua factors, colours and symbolism. Photos and Scrapbooking

In my own efforts to clutter clear our house, I discovered that we had boxes of photos that were not being enjoyed to their full potential. After a trip to the USA, I discovered the art of what American's call scrap-booking which is a photo album that not only contains the photos of the event but also some details of the event too and some nice embellishments too. It is now lovely to be able to have treasured memories that we can dip into regularly and for the packets of photos to no longer be a factor! Having now moved onto digital photos, it now also means that these are orderly and any below par photos are removed completely. Perhaps some of my pages may give you the incentive to give this fun activity a try too so that your photos also have your own personal touch….They also make really lovely gifts too.
